Studio Policies

EXISTING BROWS OR PMU

If you have had your brows, lips or eyes done before - please take 3 clear photos to send to me via email: left side, right side and front. Make sure you have no makeup on over the previous work and it must be taken in good lighting. Failure to do so prior to booking may result in the cancellination of your appointment and being charged 100% of the appointment fee.

BOOKING POLICIES

CANCELLATION + NO SHOW 

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 24 hours by email. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee.  Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice,  we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive our professional services. 

 

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment without penalty. The 48 hours cancellation policy gives us time to inform clients of any availability. If you need to RESCHEDULE, please notify us by text or email 48 HOURS before your appointment time, or your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to make another deposit to reschedule.  You may only reschedule one time, and it must be made within 3 months of the original scheduled date. Please check your availability beforehand.

LATE POLICY

Due to services being time sensitive, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. Your booking fee will be void and non-transferrable.

BOOKING FEE

A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to book any appointment over $100. Canceling your appointment for any reason will result in losing your fee. 

 

Your remaining balance (minus booking fee) is due in CREDIT, DEBIT or CASH at your appointment. Please note that PAYING IN CASH IS NOT 'TAX FREE'.

If you don't book at the current price, please understand that our prices will increase at any time in the near future. 

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. As a working mom, I understand the occasional family emergency may arise unexpectedly. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.

REFUND POLICY

You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service. 

Because individual results vary due to skin type and aftercare there are NO guarantees offered for your final result.

Beauty Marked has the right to refuse service if we feel you have not answered all medical questions truthfully to the best of your knowledge and have not followed any pre-care instructions.
